We are pleased to have David Berman, well know SCA resident and community leader. David will share his experience as an Air Force Meteorological Specialist and his assignment on Taiwan during the cold war in the early 1960’s. He will also share the top secret nature of his assignment as it related to relations between The Republic of China (Taiwan) and Communist China.
