As you know from the notifications from the SCA Covid-19 Taskforce, Sun City Anthem, in partnership with the Southern Nevada Health District and the City of Henderson, is a dispensing location for the upcoming Covid-19 vaccinations. They will be utilizing the Arlington, Bristol, Concord and Delaware Rooms in the Anthem Center from January 25th to March 13th. Therefore, the Delaware Room will be unavailable, and we need to cancel our meetings on February 9th and March 9th.
We hope that we will be able to meet again in April. However, it is possible that another round of vaccinations will be scheduled at the Anthem Center which will preempt our meeting(s) again. We’ll remain flexible for a good cause. The sooner we get our members and other residents vaccinated, the sooner we’ll declare victory over this virus and reclaim our ability to safely meet with our friends and neighbors. Dates for the future meetings are to be determined as the schedule becomes known
